This is for a neighbor who owns Posada Chapala and has done us a lot of favors.  The place is a block from the beach and the small kitchen will be serving breakfasts only.

There are 9 rooms, 3 with kitchens and six have just beds and bath.   Very Mexican but it's clean, good housekeeping, nice family and the prices are right.

The 3 with kitchens are $2500 pesos a month and the smaller rooms are $200 pesos a night.  One with kitchen has street entrance and others are interior.
