The week after school is over there is a Misa (mass) to bless the graduating class. The first 4 fotos are the ceremony; entering the church, leaving offerings near the alter, Edgar with padre about to give his 'speech' and the class photo. It's a long time since I've been to a Catholic service and that routine that the padre does totally baffles me - quite strange. He may get paid by the hour ;) The next day the whole school has a fiesta with each grade acting out, through dance, a period of time in Mexican history with the first graders being from the earliest period (at least that's the way I saw it). The sixth grade class is the exception since they are graduating to Secondaria and dress like professionals. Their routine is precision 'marchando' without running into each other. The sixth graders finally are presented their certificates one by one
