Cuastecomate is just over the hill to the north-west of Melaque.  Many people make it a morning walk (1/2 hour each way).  La Manzanilla is about a 20 minute bus ride north of Melaque.  North of La Manzanilla is Boca de Iguanas and Tenacatita.
