Our lots are one block from these fields that grow a number of things.  Last year it was watermelon and this year it's peppers.   They may even have multiple crops over the year but I've not watched that closely.

The mountain views are nice but will require a second floor from where we are.  For that, we'll wait and see.

Getting to know more and more of the neighbors.  A number of them use the big Mango tree next-door as the place to stay cool, be social, play cards and dominoes.
